Psiri...

…the old popular neighborhood where a lot of people came to live in Athens, after living the country. Is not really beautiful, for most of the buildings are big blocks of cement dating from 1970, however, this is the young Athenian's favorite place to go out during the night, is the place where you can experience the true Greek way of night life.

After applying for the lab experience classes… I had to go there looking… for Divine’s spirit results! :)

Starting in a tavern lab in Monastiraki, with a nice dose of appetite… satisfied with a mix of very good salads! Experts on this, the greeks!

Red wine of the house addicted slowly, but in good doses to guarantee a perfect solution. Definitely, a good catalyst.

Walking around, giving time to get the results, a sudden external interference:

While trying to understand… a greek Teacher came to us… our cicerone in this first experience:

He had an assistant, and other very fashioned professor colleagues ;)

…and they all advised us to addict a new reagent: ρακόμελο (rakómelo), and so we did! Maybe not in the proper proportion, as the result was outstanding and there aren’t even evidences to show… :)

As a conclusion, along with the teachers’ contacts, for some explanations in the future… written on my papillon note book, was the following: “The grass is always green on the other side” – by the greek Elvis.

Spooky…
